IWC is a woman-owned and managed social services consulting firm specializing in Indiana Medicaid Programs. Certified by the State of Indiana and Virginia as a Woman Business Enterprise, IWC's decentralized organizational structure enables it to draw on the talents of health care and social service professionals throughout our service area to most efficiently meet our client's needs.
IWC specializes in delivering custom-designed outreach programs including seminars, back-to-school events, community-specific programs, educational material, and a wide variety of health care and social services related training programs. For example, below are some of the services IWC now offers:

Who Are We?
Owner and Project Manager
Kathleen Daly Kline
Kathleen is the President and sole owner of IWC. IWC delivers focused, personal attention to each client. IWC consists of a qualified and diverse team of individuals in their healthcare field. Kathleen established IWC in 2010, in part to respond to a request by a client to provide health care outreach services in the State of Indiana. Since 2010, IWC has expanded its services and contracts to include a team of over 50 independent contractors.
Kathleen holds a Masters of Science in Counseling and Human Services from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University. She is also a State-licensed school counselor in Indiana. During these years, Kathleen worked with First Steps, Healthy Families and local community schools.
Prior to moving to Indiana with her family in 1997, Kathleen worked in Washington D.C. as Chief Clerk on the United States Senate Subcommittee on Information & Regulation, a Subcommittee of Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs. Kathleen worked in the Senate for 5 years before moving on to the American Humane Association where she worked as a legislative analyst for three years.
Kathleen worked in the Northwest Region on behalf of MDwise Inc. from 2001 through 2010. In 2010 she founded Indiana Wellness Consultants, a state certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
Kathleen is currently the Chair of LIFT, an organization through the Marshall County Community Foundation. LIFT is a group of women working together to mentor and inspire local women seeking information, skills, and resources to better their personal and professional lives.
Project Manager
Kim Eldridge
Kim has been part of the IWC team since 2010. Kim’s background is in event planning and marketing and worked for Hal Riney & Partners Advertising Agency (a division of Publicis Worldwide) on Michigan Avenue in Chicago as well as McKinsey & Company, in Confidential Services and then event planning at their Chicago location.
Kim also has experience in health center marketing, outreach and events, working for one of the largest FQHC’s in Northwest Indiana as well as working as an employment consultant as a liaison to the local business community to place those with disabilities into community employment for Opportunity Enterprises. She has also recently worked with the Purdue Porter County Extension office to create healthcare classes to be taught by Purdue Extension Educators.
Kim also has had her own business, Kim Eldridge Special Events, a local events company.
Kim has certification as both an Outreach Specialist and an Employment Consultant. Kim is a member of numerous coalitions across Northwest Indiana and is currently on the Executive Boards of the Porter County Tobacco Education and Prevention Coalition, the Wellness Coalition of Porter County and the Purdue Porter County Extension Executive Board.
Community relations specialist
Tamika Saunders
Tamika was a welcomed addition to the IWC family in 2013. Her background and education in behavioral health make her uniquely qualified for the CSR position. She has more than 10 years of combined experience providing counseling and school-based services to adults and youth who struggled with mental illness, substance abuse, and learning disabilities.
Tamika obtained an Education Specialist degree in School Counseling and a Master of Arts degree in professional counseling from Argosy University. In addition, she acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ball State University.
In her role as Community Relations Specialist, Tamika does more than produce deliverables. She is focused on strategy, building relationships with business partners, and expanding enrollment into clients’ health plans. She currently specializes in Hoosier Care Connect, a program that serves the aged, blind, and disabled population, the foster care community, individuals receiving SSI, and M.E.D. Works enrollees.
Community relations specialist
Kiersten Vincent
Kiersten is the newest member of the IWC team. Kiersten uses her background in community and behavioral health while in the field in her Community Relations Specialist role. She has built partnerships with diverse community members, stakeholders, and policymakers during the last seven years in her experience in school-based services, homelessness, community and population health, as well as federal disaster response.
Kiersten received her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from the Indiana University Richard Fairbanks School of Public Health and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Indiana University. In addition, she is a certified community health worker and certified FEMA crisis counselor.
As a CRS, Kiersten is able to identify the needs and social determinants of health in various communities to improve their access to information about quality healthcare. Kiersten has the unique privilege to not only engage directly with potential members but also assisting in expanding the knowledge of the Hoosier Care Connect program with community partners and coalitions.
