Steps When Applying for PASRR Level II contractor positions


Step 1

Email resume highlighting experience, skills, and knowledge detailed on “Open Positions” page.


Step 2

Complete IWC IC Application for Level II Assessor.


Step 3

Zoom interview with Kathleen Daly Kline.


Steps When Hired as a contractor for Level II PASRR


Review and sign contract.

Step 1


Complete and mail in State Waiver for Workers’ Compensation.

Step 2


Complete form for name badge (link will be provided.)

Step 3


Sign up and participate in a 90 minute training Webinar.

Step 4


IC will receive an email with training videos and documents for review. IC is required to complete within two weeks.

Step 5


IC will receive Assessment Pro login credentials.

Step 6


IC will receive emails concerning position. Save and store these emails.

Step 7


IC is now ready to accept referrals!
