peggy hensley

  1. Peggy Hensley is the East Central Outreach Consultant for Indiana Wellness Consultants. Peggy has been apart of the IWC team since 2013. Peggy has a General Studies Diploma and is currently working towards completing her BS in Business Administration. She is also a  State-licensed resident producer for accident and health insurance. Prior to working as a Consultant, Peggy worked as a Home Health Aide and a Respite Care worker. During that time, she worked with people with disabilities and managed waiver homes. She is a member of several coalitions in the counties she services and volunteers regularly.

Tamika Saunders

Tamika M. Saunders is the lead outreach and enrollment consultant for north central Indiana. She has amassed a great deal of experience in health care since joining the Indiana Wellness Consultants team in 2013. Tamika is licensed as an accident and health producer in the State of Indiana and she holds a certificate in the Federally-Facilitated Health Insurance Marketplace.

Tamika earned an Ed.S in School Counseling, M.A. in Professional Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology.  In the role of professional school counselor, Tamika was afforded several leadership opportunities including serving as the project manager of the academy’s Positive Behavior Support Team and leader of the Student Support Team. Tamika also has voluntary leadership experience as the former vice president and president of Chicopee Crossing Homeowners Association.



Dee Scott-smith

Delibra M. Scott-Smith is the Northeast Outreach Consultant for Indiana Wellness Consultants.  Dee has been a part of the IWC team since 2012. Dee currently has an AAS in Liberal Arts and a General Studies Diploma.  Dee is Licensed as resident producer for accident and health insurance for the State of Indiana. Dee has worked as Director of Admissions and Marketing for a Long Term Health Care Facility.  Dee has also been a part of the Parkview Hospital team as a Lab Assistant and Outpatient Registration. Dee is currently working towards completing her BS in Business with focus on Health Care Management.
